First Building Committee session – active in committee work

Yesterday, on Thursday 21 May 2026, I took part in my first Building Committee session as a town councillor. An intensive but very exciting start in this important body.

What the Building Committee decides

The Building Committee deals with all building-law matters of the municipality — from building permits to development plans to larger infrastructure projects. This is where decisions are made that shape the face of our municipality for many years.

My approach in the committee

I bring to the Building Committee the structured view I have from IT and project management: examining projects carefully, weighing up their effects and consistently representing the interests of citizens. Building in Raubling must be future-proof, sustainable and in harmony with our historically grown municipal structure.
